Returns & Exchanges

At Zellerfeld, we strive for perfection in every 3D-printed pair; however, if your footwear doesn't meet your expectations, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in unworn, original condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print the Shipping Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your browser.

• 3.
  Pack Your Footwear

  Place the 3D-printed shoes back in their original eco-friendly packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our facility.
