Modelled from authentic paleontological data, the design emphasises anatomical fidelity and instant visual recognition. Surface textures replicate natural bone grain and fossilised wear, while the silhouette preserves the recognisable proportions of a Tyrannosaurus skull. Internally, the shoe features a printed lattice structure that maintains strength while minimising material use. More than a replica, the piece functions as an artefact of speculative design—bridging ancient history with emergent technology.
